Towards a Global Framework for Cyber Peace and Digital Cooperation

Matthias C. Kettemann, together with Wolfgang Kleinwächter, Max Senges and Katharina Mosene, has published an anthology in which central perspectives on the future of Internet regulation can be found. With prefaces by Vint Cerf, the "Father of the Internet" and UN Secretary-General António Guterres, the book unites top-class representatives from science, business, politics, technology and civil society.
 
The book was supported by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy. It will be presented on 25 November 2019 at the Internet Governance Forums 2019 in Berlin.
