The project’s concept follows the editorial case studies carried out in the context of the above- mentioned DFG project, “The (Re-)Discovery of the Audience” and transfers this concept to radio programming. We investigated how participatory elements are integrated in the context of radio editorship, how and why they are used by the audience and what expectations on the part of editors and audience play a role here.
