Leibniz Trainee Visits the HBI

Since mid-September, Mareike-Vic Schreiber has supported the public relations team at the Leibniz Institute for Media Research | Hans-Bredow-Institut as an intern. The internship is part of a two-year traineeship that Mareike-Vic is currently completing at the Leibniz Association's headquarters in the field of science communication.
In order to get to know the Leibniz Association from an institute perspective, Mareike-Vic will spend several weeks at two of the current 95 Leibniz Institutes. She was allowed to decide for herself which institutes these were. "I studied journalism and communication sciences myself, so the HBI, as a media research institute, naturally interested me a lot in terms of topics."
Mareike-Vic will stay at the HBI in Hamburg until mid-October. We are delighted that she is with us.
