Workshop im Rahmen des Digitaltags

bietet im Rahmen der bundesweiten Initiative „“ einen Workshop zum Thema Plattformräte an.
Prof. Dr. Matthias C. Kettemann offers a workshop on the topic of platform councils as part of the nationwide initiative "Digitaltag" [Digital Day].
11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
You can register by sending an e-mail to Matthias C. Kettemann. A participation link will be sent.
About the Workshop
Who decides what we are allowed to say online? Who regulates the algorithms that influence the perception of online content? Should users (and non-users, i.e. society as a whole), in addition to platforms, be able to influence the rules and practices of the big platforms? This is the idea behind platform councils: Expert bodies or quasi-parliaments in which citizens discuss the rules of online communication. We want to try this out with concrete examples.
Further information on the workshop is available here.
