In the afternoon,  Prof. Dr. Wiebke Loosen will give a keynote lecture on the topic of "Normality as an Experiment" as part of the Schader Foundation's Great Convention.
 

About the Event

"The Ninth Great Convention addresses the topic of "Normality as an Experiment". We ask both our participants and ourselves what normality is. Who or what do we count as normal? Who decides on normality and deviance? What are the consequences of these formal or informal differentiations? And beyond that: what is paranormal, what is experimental? What can experiments achieve and generate in terms of knowledge? What is experimental at all and which experiments does our society need?"
