Dr. Stephan Dreyer will be part of this year's Telemedicus Summer Conference, where he will speak about the responsibility of media intermediaries.
The conference will take place in person and topics will focus on current practical issues in information law as well as future changes in jurisprudence.
About the Event
The focus will be on topics in IT and media law. The programme consists of a combination of practical contributions and jurisprudential research questions. New regulations will be examined, such as digital contract law, the Digital Services Act, the Digital Markets Act or the Chip Act. Legal and technical innovations such as Web 3.0, legal tech, satellite mega-constellations and the modernisation of civil procedure will be discussed. Furthermore, the responsibility of intermediaries, decentralised communication solutions and law enforcement in the digital space will be discussed.
