Dr. Matthias Kettemann is part of the panel "Meinungsmächtige Intermediäre [Opinion Power Intermediaries]" at MTM Extra. He is contributing a lecture that focuses on the following questions: Are intermediaries such as Facebook, Twitter or Snapchat a danger to the diversity of opinions? Does the regulation of intermediaries imply a restriction of freedom of expression? Is more transparency able to protect against manipulation?
