#AoIR Flashpoint Symposium

The annual conference of the Association of Internet Researchers (AoIR) is the most important event in Internet research. This time it will take place in Urbino, Italy.
 
Felix Münch, Cornelius Puschmann and Ben Thies from the Leibniz Institute for Media Research | Hans Bredow Institute (HBI) present in their talk "Walking Through Twitter: How To Mine A National Follow Network" their project to map the German Twittersphere.
 
AOIR is a scientific association dedicated to the promotion of interdisciplinary Internet research. It is a member-based support network that promotes critical and scientific Internet research independent of traditional disciplines and exists across academic boundaries.
