72nd Annual Conference of the International Communication Association

After two years of online conferences due to the pandemic, the world's largest communication science conference, the annual conference of the International Communication Association (ICA), is now taking place mostly in person again. Panels will be held at three different event locations in Paris. Some selected presentations can also be followed virtually.

The theme "One World, One Network‽" is intended to stimulate a rethinking of communication research on globalisation and networks. The special sign in the form of the superimposed question and exclamation marks is an attempt to both appreciate and problematise the suggested unity of the world or of one network.
