Changes in Media Use

For several years already now, the changes in media use have represented a focus of the Institute’s work. Here, the interaction of the various media and communication services in converging media contexts is particularly interesting.

Currently one of the projects, supported by the DFG (German Research Foundation), to investigate the changes in media repertoires from 1980 to 2005 forms the core of the corresponding activities.
