Kick-off Workshop CO-REACH

Kick-off workshop of the CO-REACH project in Bejing on 13 November 2009. The main objective of the project is to foster the exchange of knowledge about regulatory concepts with regard to copyright and intellectual property for the Information Society and their implementation, as well as jointly work on concepts of regulatory choice to meet new challenges that are brought about through social and technological change in new media environments.
